1. If you have only edited the memory card with the hörbert software so far, you can obtain the service file this way:Start the hörbert software (version 3.x.x or later)
   Select the hörbert model, insert the card, wait until the card is displayed and then click on « Read card ».
   In the software menu, go to « Help » -> Service tools -> Collect data for service. Choose a storage location for the file to be created.
   The hörbert software will now create the zip file and save it at this location.
   Please then send the zip file by email.
   
2. Only relevant for hörbert with Butterfly firmware:
   If you have already edited the memory card in Browser Set Mode via our web interface:
   Connect to hörbert’s Wi-Fi and start Browser Set Mode via your web browser.
   In the « About » menu item – found in the burger menu in mobile view, or in desktop view click on the hörbert logo with the small butterfly in the top left corner – you will find a blue button called « Collect diagnostic data ». Click here, download the file and send it to us at service@hoerbert.com stating your ticket number, or reply to this email and attach the file.
